This watch definitely looks nice.It appears to be well made. There's just one major issue:it's made for an ogre.

I am not sure if this is the new fashion, but I am 6'4" around 200lbs and this watch dwarfed my wrist. It's like taping a golden manhole cover to your arm.

Product Description:
Tell time like a pro with the stylish Invecta's Pro Diver Offshore Classic Collection men's watch. Constructed with a 47-millimeter 18-karat-gold-plated stainless steel case, a unidirectional stainless steel bezel with gold accents, and matching 18-karat-gold-plated stainless steel link bracelet with secure safety-fold-over clasp, this watch was built to last. A mineral dial window protects the chocolate brown dial face, which features mint green Arabic numerals at three, six, nine, and 12 o'clock, as well as hour, minute, and second indexes. In addition, easy-to-read gold Arabic numerals ring the bezel at 10-minute intervals. There is a date calendar at the three o'clock position, and gold-and-green watch hands track the time as it flies by. This watch is powered by automatic movement, and is water resistant to 984 feet, making it durable enough for diving and fashionable enough to wear every day.
Pro Diver Collection
Plunge into any horizon using the steadfast guidance of the Invicta Pro Diver. Stylishly classic, internal workings are forged with variations of either Swiss chronograph or 21-jewel automatic movements and willingly navigate in depths up to 300 meters. Built with confident prowess, the fortitude with which these timepieces function makes the Pro Diver the quintessential in performance.
Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of effort or force.
Automatic Watches

Automatic watches do not operate on batteries. Automatic watches are made up of about 130 or more parts that work together to tell time. Automatic movements mark the passage of time by a series of gear mechanisms, and are wound by the movement of your wrist as you wear it. The gear train then transmits the power to the escapement, which distributes the impulses, turning the balance wheel. The balance wheel is the time regulating organ of a mechanical watch, which vibrates on a spiral hairspring. Lengthening or shortening the balance spring makes the balance wheel go faster or slower to advance or retard the watch. The travel of the balance wheel from one extreme to the other and back again is called oscillation. Lastly, automatic movements come in different types, including movements that are Swiss-made, Japanese-made, and more.

Also referred to as self-winding, watches with automatic movements utilize kinetic energy, the swinging of your arm, to provide energy to an oscillating rotor to keep the watch ticking. They're considered more satisfying to watch collectors (horologists) because of the engineering artistry that goes into the hundreds of parts that make up the movement. If you do not wear an automatic watch consistently (for about 8 to 12 hours a day), you can keep the watch powered with a watch winder (a great gift for collectors).

Invicta Men's 7235 Signature Collection Ocean Ghost Racing Sport Automatic Watch Review

This watch ran so slowly (2 minutes in 1 week) that I had to return it for a replacement. The second one was just as bad as the first, but this one ran 2 minutes FAST in 1 week! Both times, I set and checked the watch against a reliable, online atomic clock. To get 2 bad watches in succession says a lot about the quality assurance at Invicta: it's nonexistent! One might expect some inaccuracy from a cheap watch, but not 2 minutes in one week! And this is not a cheap watch. It's lists for $500.

Product Description:
A stylish, modern timepiece from Invicta, the Ocean Ghost Racing Sport Automatic Watch is distinctly accented with black ion plating. A unidirectional bezel with large Arabic-numeral minute markers frames the dial, which has silver indexes and a magnified date display at the three o'clock position. The two-tone bracelet features a secure fold-over clasp with safety, and it is strikingly offset by the blue of the dial. This classic timepiece offers Japanese automatic movement, which is powered by the motion of your wrist. Complete with a tachymeter and water resistant to 656 feet (200 meters), this two-tone beauty is very practical.

Invicta Men's 5715 Invicta II Collection Sport Stainless Steel and Black Watch Review

I am a picky person when it comes to these things.I tend to research, verify, research some more until I am dead sure I have what I want.I just won't settle for something that looks kinda like what I want. Just not happening.

SO, with all that said, I REALLY LOVE this watch.I wanted a black faced watch with a black/silver band. The three sub dials with red hands look very sporty and I love hanging my arm out the window in my black sports truck. It just looks awesome.

First impression out of the box was "WOW" very sharp looking. Then I picked it up and was very impressed with the weight of it. You can tell right away this is a well built watch that will stay as great as it looks for a very long time, if not forever. This is now my favorite time piece by far.

It is the perfect size for me. I am 6'2" but did not want a HUGE dial that looks enormous like others I have seen. This watch looks like it was made for my wrist! All 5 dials are luminous too! Big plus. No joke. The band is super sweet too. People can not help but stare at the watch and comment on how nice it looks.

The only comment I have otherwise is that the second hand is not quite center to the dials. I am not sure if it is pointing to the second before the dial or the dial itself. This was a "thing" for me but after wearing the watch it just didn't matter. I love the watch and the price ($87).Other than the second hand being a hair off center there is nothing bad I can say about the watch.

Very sporty. Well made. Back plate is very stylish and informative. This is a GREAT GREAT GIFT for any man in your life. TRUST ME. He will like this one and appreciate it very much.A man's watch. A Great watch. My favorite. AND.....I LOVE IT!!Invicta did a NICE job on this one!

I bought this watch from ShopNBC about 6 months ago and love it!I have received lots of compliments on the watch due to its different yellow color, not many people have seen a watch with a yellow dial. Also, this watch is very well built, it withstands my everyday activities from fishing to hunting in the Adirondacks. It gets banged off of the side of the boat or knocked against rocks and trees in the woods and thus far has withstood the punishment with flying colors. This watch is very versatile as well, I feel comfortable wearing it out with friends to dinner or at the campsite on the weekends, this watch goes anywhere.I would recomend it highly to those men who need a rugged watch to match their outdoor lifestyles.

Invicta Men's 6502 Pro Diver Collection Stainless Steel Watch Review

Invicta Men's 6502 Pro Diver Collection Stainless Steel Watch
Average Reviews:

This watch looks stunning in person! The dial is dark blue...almost looks dark purple in darker settings. The number markings actually kind of have a greenish hue to it...like it's coated with lumite...but it doesn't actually glow-in-the-dark. The hands however do glow in the dark. I don't like the rotating bezel. It's really hard to rotate it because there's nothing to grip on to it and it has a really smooth texture. So I cannot see "divers" being able to use this function...especially considering that the watch will be wet in "diving" scenarios which will make it even harder to use the rotating-bezel as a diving timer.

The watch isn't big either. My tiny wrist is only 6.7inches in circumference, and it looks great. The thinness of the watch at 9mm thick also makes this watch suitable for people with small wrists. The watch look really expensive. The sapphire-infused window found on Invictas is really nice because it's scratch-resistant and super clear....sometimes you have to look hard to notice that there's glass covering the dials. The red second-hand is also nice because it contrasts against the blue face. The magnifier on the window is also nice because it makes reading the date so much easier. And the watch was really easy to size because unlike Skagens that are impossible to take the pins out for instance, the pins are really easy to take out yourself. I sized my watch in under 8 minutes. The watch is also really light.

The only cons I have is I wish the crown was smaller and quality control-related issues. The crown-dial juts out a little too much (as you can see in the pix), so when you bend your wrist upwards, the crown kinda pokes into your wrist...which is a little uncomfortable. The 2nd con I mentioned because there's 2 very tiny pieces of white dust on the dark blue face under the glass. It's only noticeable if you stare at it closely or know where it is though. I just didn't expect this for a $400 MSRP watch. But overall, I'd definately recommend this watch. I waited 3 months before purchasing an Invicta because I could never find the right one and price. Some Invictas were either too big face-wise or thick-wise. Some were too small face-wise...making it look like a women's watch. This one is perfect and the style caught my attention right away cuz it's not too subtle like some Invictas or too extravagant like some of the other models.

This is a unbelievable watch...with it's dark bezel, black leather strap, and the dark dial.Indoors the dial is black with bursts of purple when the light hits it.It's not alot of purple but enough to accent the watch nicely..and it's not a girly purple either(think Baltimore Ravens.I have a 7 inch wrist and it's perferct on my wrist. The watch is a real looker and unlike anything I own.I have a submariner but it's just too small and bland. You can't go wrong with this at $100.I did not have any problems with changing the time as the other reviewer did.

Invicta Men's 6027 Pro Diver Collection Automatic Stainless Steel Watch Review

Invicta Men's 6027 Pro Diver Collection Automatic Stainless Steel Watch
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I got this watch on sale and decided to post the first review on Amazon. To begin with the watch keeps excellent time using the Seiko NH25A automatic movement. This self-winding movement is much better than the Miyota movements used in previous lower price point Invicta diver watches. This movement has kept near perfect time for (2) days now, only being several seconds slow. Also bear in mind that this movement cannot be wound manually as the Miyota can. The Seiko movement definitely has better reserve power.

The positives are that the stainless steel watchcase feels solid and substantial. The case back is a screw down type with an exhibition window. Invicta claims that this watch is waterproof to 200 meters, which I would question - but again you are not going to go diving with this watch at this price point. The crown is a push - pull type (not screw down) so the 200 meters is questionable. The crystal is Invicta's flame fusion, which is harder than mineral - but not as hard as sapphire.

The negatives are that the stainless steel watch bracelet feels cheap and is rather light in weight. The width of the bracelet is 20mm, which is just a bit too narrow for this watch. Invicta should have used a 22mm or even a 24mm width bracelet. The clasp is also somewhat cheap and feels flimsy. The main selling point for me when I bought this watch was the luminescence of the dial. Unfortunately this is where Invicta has failed a great deal on this watch. At most, this watch dial will only glow bright for maybe 5 or 10 minutes. Within 60 minutes I couldn't even read the time or tell the location of the hands in complete darkness. Also another negative is that Invicta did not even use their Tritnite luminous paint on the watch hands. They didn't paint those or the hour markers either. The hands are white - outlined in black and do not glow. The markers are outlined in gun metal with white on the inner markings and do not glow. Finally, another negative thing is that the rotating bezel on the watch that I received is a little on the loose side and does not properly align with the hour or minute markers (ie., 12:00 dial marker alignment with the 12:00 bezel arrow do not line up). On my watch, it was off by about a 1/2 minute mark.

In summary - if you are looking for a decent cheap divers watch to keep time - the Invicta 6027 will keep good time. The Invicta Diver 6027 has very poor luminescence and the stainless steel watchband is too narrow and light. The watchcase itself at 45mm is pretty good and has an excellent Seiko movement; just don't plan on doing any deep diving or swimming with this watch. For the price it is OK for a beater watch. If you want a better Diver watch (will cost you more) with great luminescence then I suggest one of the Seiko diver models.

One other important thing to mention - the Invicta Diver 6030 is very similar to this model (6027) except that the Invicta 6030 model supposedly comes with a 22mm stainless steel watchband according to Amazon's description. Other websites have the 6030 bracelet sized at 20mm width. Invicta's own website has no information on this. Also on the 6030 model, the watch hands are different (no Mercedes style hour hand as on the 6027 model), and the crown is somewhat larger without the crown protection as on the 6027 model. The 6030 model does have luminous hands with a luminous dial. Both models sell for the same price on Amazon.

Update: Verified that the 6030 model comes with a 22mm stainless steel watchband. Also the 6030 model case is at 45mm as the 6027 model is manufactured with a 43mm case. I actually prefer the 43mm case, but again wish that Invicta would put the 22mm wathchbamd on the 6027 model.

Classic chronograph styling with contemporary features, the Invicta Men's Pro Diver Collection Automatic Stainless Steel Watch functions without a battery -- it is powered automatically with the movement of your arm. This impressive timepiece also features a brushed and polished stainless steel case and a band that closes with a fold-over safety clasp. The stainless steel case provides an ideal foundation for this watch's rotating bezel with minute markers and the attractive dial. The dial has luminous hands and hour markers. There's also a magnified date window at the four o'clock position to help you keep tabs on your busy schedule. For added style, Invicta included a large crown on the right-hand side of the case. Other features include precise Japanese automatic movement, a durable flame-fusion crystal, and water resistance to 660 feet (200 meters).
