But with its amazingly svelte 5mm (0.2 inches) profile, it can also be perfectly tucked under the cuff when dress or business wear is called for. And while it might be stereotypical, the truth is many of the world's finest and most accurate timing movements are created in Switzerland. It's water resistant to 30 meters (99 feet), also known as 3 ATM. This means that it can withstand rain and splashes of water--such as car washing and showering--but it shouldn't be worn swimming.
Other features include a scratch-resistant mineral crystal, stainless steel buckle, and Tritnite luminous hands. Tritnite is a luminous material with an extended glow exclusively developed by Invicta in Switzerland and added to their timepiece hands and markers. When exposed to regular daylight, it will hold its glow for about 20 hours.

And it's really unfortunate that I ordered this watch without reading everything in it's description on Amazon. The watch is listed as "Invicta Men's Slim Collection Square BLACK Leather watch". From the photo on the website, it does appear that the watch is more black than it is grey. I didn't know that by naming the watch "black" they were describing the color of the leather band, not the color of the watch itself. Upon receiving the watch, I saw that it is indeed GREY and MUCH lighter grey than in the picture. MUCH LIGHTER! I have been waiting for the true black version of this watch to be on sale somewhere. I thought, from the name of the watch and from the photo, that I had found it. So, my two-star rating is not for the watch but it's for the shopping experience that I had. I have checked other watch websites and learned that Amazon is not alone in using this name for the watch. So it's got to be an Invicta issue. But I still recommend that Amazon changes the photo so the watch appears more grey than black. And changing the name, if they can, would be wise as well. Until then, maybe Amazon will some day put the real black watch on sale for me to purchase. That would be great.

(More customer reviews)I liked the watch alright, good size face, thin, similar to the Skagen brand.However the band would not stay clasped.It would keep opening up so I sent it back.I have small wrists so it isn't that my wrist is just too big for the watch.I have owned more than one Invicta and I find the watches to be somewhat overrated and the orginal price is really inflated so that when you buy it at the discounted price you always think you're getting a great deal!But I think the price is just hype to sell more watches.Just my opinion.
