(More customer reviews)Purchased this Invicta ceramic women's watch as a birthday gift for my daughter.It arrive in very attractive packaging and seemed to be of high quality.When setting the watch the crown was difficult to screw down.When it needed to be set for a DST change, the crown would not "catch" and it was broken, VERY poor quality, and no quality control at the factory.But, my daughter loved the look of the watch so I sent it in to Invicta for repair.They have had it now for over THREE months and with every call say, it was sent to the manufacture for repair and will be back (*Month* 26th).They just substitute a new "month" each time you call to put you off another 30 days.At this point I feel it has simply been "stolen" by Invicta and I won't see my watch or money again.Oh, and as a BONUS Invicta extorted $25 for shipping to return your warranty repaired watch, they cashed the $25 check, so now they have the watch and my $25.Lesson... buy an ACTUAL high end watch, not an Invicta.
