Looks like an expensive, high quality watch that can easily be dressed up or down! Invicta's tend to be super bulky but this one is the perfect size. I can't comment on the movement of the watch but no one has complained :-)

The Invicta Men's Signature Collection Prowler Automatic Watch features dual 12-hour and 24-hour timekeeping functions and a textured link bracelet for a polished, versatile appearance. Constructed with a stainless steel case, the watch includes a stationary stainless steel bezel with grooved hour markers, as well as a textured stainless steel link bracelet that's secured with a fold-over safety clasp. A strong mineral window shields the black dial, which features silver-tone Arabic numerals displaying both the 12- and 24-hour clock cycles. The dial also includes a date calendar at three o'clock and an inner ring of silver minute indexes. Featuring Japanese-automatic movement, this timepiece is water resistant to 660 feet (200 m).

Automatic watches do not operate on batteries. Automatic watches are made up of about 130 or more parts that work together to tell time. Automatic movements mark the passage of time by a series of gear mechanisms, and are wound by the movement of your wrist as you wear it. Also referred to as self-winding, watches with automatic movements utilize kinetic energy, the swinging of your arm, to provide energy to an oscillating rotor to keep the watch ticking. They're considered more satisfying to watch collectors (horologists) because of the engineering artistry that goes into the hundreds of parts that make up the movement.
