I ordered the Venom with the rubber strap and when I put it on it stayed on....The watch is beautiful and fits like a glove. The curvature of the watch at the strap grabs your wrist. I wear it all the time despite the weight because its so comfortable. The ONLY negative with this and other Invicta's I have is that the strap is marginally long enough to close(my wrist is 8"). Its the same with my Russian Divers...That aside, this is the most outstanding watch I own and that includes my Rolex Submariner. Peoples reaction is worth the price of admission alone.

Constructed with a stainless steel case, the timepiece includes a unidirectional black ion-plated stainless steel bezel and a comfortable black rubber wristband that is secured with an adjustable buckle clasp. A superior flame-fusion window shields the large black dial, which features white dot hour markers, slim white minute indexes, and three chronograph subdials. The dial also includes luminous hands, a screw-down crown and pushers, and a date calendar at the four o'clock position. Featuring Swiss-quartz movement, this watch is water resistant to 3,280 feet (1,000 M) and is packaged in a vibrant yellow padded Invicta watch storage box.
