(More customer reviews)I purchased this watch for my wife, as she has metal allergies and this watch has a ceramic band. The band is the 'weak link', no pun intended. It requires a $20 tool to adjust it, and is not a simple task for someone with sausage fingers like myself. Also, the band links are **very** brittle, as the clasp link shattered after a fall off the nightstand (two days after I gave it to her).

It does come with a warranty, but the turnaround time (according to their site) is 6-8 WEEKS.

Another disappointing watch purchase from Amazon. Next year, she's getting something else instead of jewelery.
